My initial thoughts were NOT good. All the bullets I received had a significant "pimple" on the base. For some reason the sprue plate of the mold used doesn't cut the stem off flush with the base of the bullet. So, I was skeptical to say the least. The base of the bullet is the most important part! I am happy to report, I got a couple 5 shot groups that were just a ragged hole! I will load more and test them a little farther out. Always had good results from Rim Rock, so far, these are no different. Performance is 5⭐ but I gave them a 4 for the cosmetics.

Comment: Received my 38040 180Gr. shipment yesterday. I loaded up 100 last night and went out to test them out today. Wow! Great bullets for Cowboy Action loads. They are as good, or better than "they in ------ who will remain nameless". Eric K.
