    These just dont shoot good in my H&R 223. 2 inch groups at 50yds. With jacketed,1/2 inch or less. I use these for small game,at less than 2k fps. The twist rate is 1in 12. Powder makes no difference. Thats as good as it will do. As a note this rifle does not group well with ANY bullet/ powder combo at normal 223 velocities.
